Australian Shipping
For customers within Australia, we offer standard and express shipping. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location within Australia. We use AusPost as our preferred courier whenever possible. Please note we do not have control over delays or unforeseen circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
New Zealand Shipping
We offer standard and express international shipping to New Zealand. This fee is displayed at checkout. As of the moment of writing this policy New Zealand does not impose import taxes on goods purchased under the value of NZ$1000. Please refer to the website of New Zealand customs for up to date information. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Please note that we don’t have control over delays or unforeseen circumstances that might delay the shipment after we have handed over the book to the courier. Thank you for your understanding.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries worldwide. This is not visible during checkout as it is done on a case by case basis. Please send us an email. International shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Processing Times
Orders, when in stock, are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 working days of receiving payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. We will notify you of any delays when we are aware of these.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on the destination address. Standard shipping within Australia generally takes 3-10 business days for delivery. International shipping delivery times vary depending on the destination country.
Damaged or Faulty Items and Australian Consumer law
If you receive a damaged or faulty item, be sure to get in touch with us immediately so we can resolve the issue. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or fault. Our return policy is in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, which entitles consumers to a refund, repair, or replacement for faulty goods or services purchased from us. If your item falls under the Australian Consumer Law, we will pay for the shipment of the item(s) back to us.
Change of Mind
We pride ourselves on having high customer satisfaction. This means that, in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, we offer you the option to return the item if you are unhappy with it or changed your mind. You have 14 days after receiving the item to get into contact with us via email. To be eligible for a change of mind return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. We remain the right to deny you a refund if we see fit.
In the case of change of mind, things we do not refund are:
- Shipping costs to and from.
- If you ordered a gift package, we do not refund the difference in price compared to the book itself.
Refunds processing
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within several days, depending on your payment method.
